Qualifications
Record degrees, first aid or a hygiene passport with the certificate attached. Shift types can require them, and the planner warns when one is missing.

Expiry reminders
The employee and their managers are reminded 60, 30 and 7 days before a certificate expires.

Import from a spreadsheet
Bring in your staff from a CSV file with Finnish, Swedish or English column names. Every row is checked before anything is added.
