Does Tuntivo support averaging periods?
Yes. The averaging period comes from your collective agreement, the planner can show the whole period at once, and period overtime is calculated when hours are approved.
Can a shift be published to someone without the required qualification?
The planner warns about it and names the missing qualification. You can keep the shift with a reason, which is logged.
Who gets the expiry reminders?
The employee, the organisation admins and the managers of the employee's units, as a notification in Tuntivo and by email.
