Before you decide

Does Tuntivo calculate salaries?

No. Tuntivo turns approved hours into pay events (hours per pay type, supplements, absences) by your collective agreement and sends them to your payroll system. Tax, pension and net pay stay in payroll.

Which payroll systems does Tuntivo work with?

Netvisor is connected directly today: approved hours are sent per employee and per day, or downloaded as files in Netvisor's import format. More payroll integrations are on the way. Using another payroll system? Tell us which one in the demo.

Which collective agreements are supported?

The rules engine is configurable: evening, night, Saturday and Sunday supplements, public holidays, overtime and averaging periods are set per agreement. We set your agreement up with you during onboarding.

Do employees need to install an app?

No. The employee app opens in the phone browser and can be added to the home screen, with push notifications. A shared tablet with PIN codes works for people without a work phone.

Can we use planned shifts as the hours?

Yes. If you do not want clocking in, published shifts count as worked, and managers only correct the exceptions.

Which languages does Tuntivo speak?

Finnish, Swedish and English, chosen by each user. The words for your locations and groups follow your industry: a daycare has groups, a hospital has wards.
