Questions from your industry.
Which staff count towards the staffing ratio?
You decide per job title. Kitchen and cleaning staff, for example, can be left out, and only shifts placed in a group count for that group.
Can a manager see only their own daycare?
Yes. Location managers see and plan only the daycares they are responsible for. Organisation admins and payroll see the whole organisation.
Do daycare staff have to clock in?
Not necessarily. Many daycares let published shifts count as worked and only correct the days that went differently. If you prefer clocking in, a shared tablet at the entrance works with PIN codes.
