The roster, ready before the coffee. Warnings come before staff see it.
Plan shifts for a location by dragging them into place, start from last week or a template, and publish when the roster is ready. Tuntivo checks rest times, overlaps, contracted hours and absences while you plan, and every employee hears about their own shifts.
How it works. The details that save the most time.
-
Week or averaging period
See one week or the whole averaging period of your collective agreement, with each person's planned hours against their target.
-
Templates and last week
Copy the previous week or apply a saved template for as many weeks as you need. Shifts that are already there are never doubled.
-
Warnings, not surprises
Overlaps, rest under 11 hours, too many hours, absences, unavailable days and missing qualifications are flagged on the shift. Keep one anyway with a logged reason.
-
Publish when it is ready
Shifts stay drafts until you publish. Each employee then gets a notification and an email about their own shifts, and later changes reach them straight away.
-
Open shifts
Leave a shift unfilled and offer it in the open shift pool. Employees with the right job title can claim it, and you choose who gets it.
