Two-factor sign-in
Admins and managers confirm their sign-in with an authenticator app or a passkey. Microsoft and Google sign-in can be turned on.

Managers see the locations they are responsible for, payroll sees payroll, and employees see their own shifts and hours.

Corrections to hours need a reason, and the audit log shows who changed what and when.

Who is the data controller?
Your organisation is the controller of its staff data; Codeva Oy processes it on your behalf. We sign a data processing agreement with every customer.
Can Codeva see our data?
Only to help you, when you ask for support. Every such session is logged in your audit log.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You can export your data at any time. After the contract ends we delete it within the period agreed in the data processing agreement.
