Can Tuntivo block a guard without a valid card?
It warns rather than blocks. If the shift type requires the licence, the planner marks the shift as missing or expired, and keeping it requires a reason that is logged.
How are guards at different sites clocked in?
On their own phone, optionally with a GPS check against the site, or on a shared tablet where there is a fixed post.
Does Tuntivo calculate overtime?
Yes, as hours. Daily and period overtime become pay events by your collective agreement. The payroll system prices them; Tuntivo never calculates tax or net pay.
