Pricing questions.

Are there really no add-ons?

No. Every feature is included for everyone. Electronic signing of contracts is included too. The only cost on top is optional guided onboarding.

What does onboarding cost?

Setting Tuntivo up yourself is free. If you want our help, the onboarding packages have fixed prices, shown above, and work outside a package is charged by the hour. You know the price before we start.

Who counts as an active employee?

Someone with a published shift or recorded hours in the month. Managers who never work a shift themselves, archived employees and people who were away all month are not counted.

What happens after the trial?

Nothing automatic. Before the 30 days are up we ask whether you want to continue; if you do, billing starts from the next month.

Do you offer prices for larger organisations?

Yes. For chains, many locations or public-sector procurement we make a quote. Book a demo and tell us about your organisation.

Can we leave and take our data?

Yes. Reports and payroll data export to Excel and PDF at any time, and you can stop at the end of any month.
